Online Store User Guide (For International Order)


Choose any merchandise you want to purchase, press the “Add to cart” button, and proceed to the payment screen.
For merchandise sizing, we provide size specifications in the product details page as well as a separate size guide.
Select the desired size by comparing with your own clothes.
When merchandise is added to the cart, purchase is not yet guaranteed.
Merchandise is guaranteed when the “Place order” button is pressed and the order is finalized.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card only.

International Shipping Information

■International Shipping Method
Overseas shipping is by Japan Post EMS service.
■International Shipping Rate
Our international shipping and handling fee will be applied.
Shipping and handling fee will be calculated on the order review page after entering the delivery address at the checkout.
■Delivery timing
If merchandise is in stock, it will be shipped out from our warehouse normally within 7 business days (weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the day of order placement.
The delivery date cannot be guaranteed, because delays may occur in shipping due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather conditions, country, and distance.
When your item has shipped, we will let you know the EMS tracking number by e-mail.
(Tracking may not be available for some countries and regions.
■Inquiries on shipping status
To check the shipping status after your merchandise has shipped, please click the link below directly to check the EMS tracking number provided in the shipping completed e-mail.
Please note that merchandise that has already been shipped cannot be forwarded to a different location.
■About the case where we were unable to receive goods in the absence of long term
If the item is sent back to us at long-term absence and you wish to deliver it again, the shipping fee for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
※The storage period of the product in the customer's absence period is based on the local post office regulations.
■About import-prohibited goods
Customer should investigate the rules and regulations regarding importing into your country, including goods restricted for import, before placing an order. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not allowed for import into your country or is subject to tax due to its high value, narifuri cannot accept responsibility for the item. narifuri cannot provide you any refunds or exchanges for the item or cost of delivery.
■Combined shipment of multiple orders
We do not provide a service for bundling additional orders and multiple orders after completing your order. Check the item and quantity of the order on the confirmation screen before completing your order.
■Overseas shipping
Delivery is possible within the range that can be handled with EMS.

■Customs Duties and Export Certificates
Orders may be subject to import tax, value tax, customs handling fees, and/or delivery fees in some countries or regions. In this case, you (or the recipient if the merchandise is shipped to someone other than you) should be responsible for the payment of any such taxes or fees. - In the event that the delivery of an order is delayed due to complications or processing at customs, narifuri bears no responsibility for this situation. - We do not issue certificates of origin, export visas for export verification, etc. for delivered items.

Inventory notification e-mails

If a desired merchandise is not in stock yet or sold out, using the “Inventory notification e-mail” function allows you to receive a notification e-mail when the merchandise is in stock.

■How to use
The e-mail application page can be opened by clicking the “Inventory notification e-mail” on the desired product page.
If you are a Member, click “Log in”, and if you are not a Member, enter an e-mail address to set as the recipient and then click “Send”.
To cancel the inventory notification registration, click the URL in the “Inventory notification registration completed” e-mail.
"Depending on recipient conditions (domain settings and spam filter) e-mail may not be delivered correctly.
Configure your settings to allow e-mail messages from (the Company’s domain)."
E-mails will not be sent if you selected “Not wanted” for newsletters during Member registration.
This function does not ensure the reservation, inventory securing, or purchase of merchandise.
It may be the case that the merchandise you desire will not come back in stock or will sell out shortly after it is listed for sale.
"Schedules for receiving new stock may differ from the timing of sales at shops.Also, the timing and order of arrival of new stock may change without prior notice."
Products in the photos are samples; design and color way, etc. may change.

Warranty card

When you purchase an item to which a warranty card is attached, the enclosed delivery slip acts as proof of the origin of sale and date of purchase.
Keep the delivery slip securely along with the warranty card.


A ‘Delivery slip/Receipt’ is included with all delivered merchandise.
Please enter any requests, if any, in the ‘Remarks’ field.
※Please note that merchandise shipment will be delayed by a few more days than normal.

Alterations and repairs

"We do not arrange alterations or repairs at this online shop.Sorry for the inconvenience, but please consult with a clothing alteration specialist near you.※If a product is defective, please contact us by e-mail via the contact form within 10 days from the arrival of it.

Cancel, Returns & Exchanges Policy

■Cancel and change after the order
Please note that changes (change of merchandise, color or size change, etc.) and cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed.
Please check the details before completing your order.
Please note that we may, at our discretion, request changes in the method of settlement or cancel an order even after the customer has received an order confirmation e-mail.
■Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we do not exchange merchandise or accept returns due to customer’s personal preference such as the size is wrong, an item is not exactly as imagined, or a wrong item was ordered. However, merchandise can be exchanged or returned if it is defective or if you received merchandise different to what you ordered. In such cases, please contact us via the contact form within a week from the arrival of the merchandise. We will either provide a defect-free replacement of the merchandise that was ordered or a refund (the cost of the merchandise will be refunded if no replacement is available). Also, we will cover the international shipping rates and other costs incurred for the return and reshipment of such merchandise.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not available the following cases.
1. Returns due to customer’s personal preference (wrong size chosen, not exactly as imagined, wrong item ordered, etc.)
2. Merchandise for which 8 days or more have passed since being delivered
3. Worn or washed merchandise
4. Merchandise that have been stained or damaged while in the customer’s possession
5. Sanitary goods such as underwear
6. The delivery slip or price tag have been lost


“Cooling-off” is a system applied to door‐to‐door sales.cooling-off is not obligatory for mail order sales.
Please note that the cooling-off system does not apply to this online shop due to it being a mail order shop accessed by customers.

Customer Information and Account Handling

The Company will respond as soon as reasonably possible to requests from customers to check, correct, or delete personal information they have provided to the Company.
In addition, we may suspend your account without prior notice if we find that your behavior interferes with the operation of this site.
The same action will also be taken if an account under the same name (or virtually the same user) is found in a different account than the one in question.

Other points to note

We do our best to photograph the product images uploaded to the site so that the colors are as close as possible to the actual colors, but please note that there may be slight differences from the actual items.
"Since colors may vary between products even though the color names are the same, proceed to purchase after first checking the color tone in enlarged images.
