Effective period of application

Orders of merchandise will be canceled if settlement with the provided card is not accepted by the credit card company after confirming with the credit card company.
Also, please note that orders for items returned by the shipping company to our shop for reasons such as an extended absence will be canceled.

Defective product

Merchandise can be exchanged or returned if it is defective or if you received merchandise different to what you ordered. In such cases, please contact us via the contact form within a week from the arrival of the merchandise. We will either provide a defect-free replacement of the merchandise that was ordered or a refund (the cost of the merchandise will be refunded if no replacement is available).
Also, we will cover the international shipping rates and other costs incurred for the return and reshipment of such merchandise.

Delivery timing
