ヒットユニオン株式会社（以下、「当社」といいます）が行う、Instagram上で公開された画像の使用許諾に関する依頼に対しては、被依頼者（以下、「お客様」といいます）は、本利用規約をご確認のうえ、同意いただける場合に限り、許諾の旨を当社までご連絡ください。なお、当社がお客様より画像使用の許諾をいただいた場合、お客様は本利用規約が適用されることに同意したものとみなします。
1.使用範囲と使用目的
当社は、お客様から使用の許諾をいただいた画像（以下、「投稿写真」といいます）を、当社のWebサイトに掲載することができるものとします。投稿写真の当社Webサイトへの掲載は、当社の商品における販売促進を目的とします。
2.規約の変更
当社は、当社が必要と判断する場合、本規約を変更することができます。その場合、当社は、変更後の本規約の内容および効力発生日を、当社Webサイトに表示し、または当社が定める方法によりお客様に通知することでお客様に周知します。変更後の本規約は、効力発生日から効力を生じるものとします。
3.保証
お客様は、投稿写真が、Instagramの利用規約及び法令に違反せず、第三者の権利を一切侵害していないことを保証します。
お客様は、投稿写真に関する全ての知的財産権を保有していること、又は当社への使用許諾について知的財産権の権利者から承諾を得ていることを保証します。
お客様は、投稿写真にお客様以外の第三者が写っている場合には、当該第三者から（当該第三者が未成年の場合はその親権者から）予め使用許諾を得ていることを保証します。
お客様が未成年の場合、画像使用許諾に際しては親権者の承諾を得ていることを保証します。
お客様は、日本国内在住者であることを保証します。
4.免責・その他
お客様から画像使用の許諾をいただいた場合であっても、必ずしも当社Webサイトへの掲載をお約束するものではありません。投稿写真の掲載期間は、当社の裁量により決定します。
画像使用許諾及び投稿画像の掲載に対する報酬は無償とします。
画像使用許諾にかかるインターネット接続料及び通信費はお客様のご負担となります。
画像使用許諾に関連し、お客様と第三者との間において生じた取引、連絡、紛争等については、お客様の責任において処理及び解決するものとし、当社はかかる事項について一切責任を負いません。
お客様が本利用規約に違反し、当社が損害を被った場合、お客様は当社が被った損害を賠償するものとします。
当社が必要と判断した場合には、お客様への予告無く本利用規約を変更できるほか、適正な運用を確保するために必要な措置をとることができるものとします。
本利用規約は、日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。
投稿写真の掲載中止を希望される場合は、Instagram narifuri公式アカウント（@narifuri_japan）までダイレクトメッセージでお申し出ください。
