About your order
お好きな商品を選び、「カートに入れる」ボタンを押して決済画面へお進みください。
商品のサイズは、商品詳細ページに記載されたサイズスペックと、サイズガイドをご覧ください。お手持ちのお洋服と照らし合わせて、ご希望サイズをお選びください。
カート内に商品を入れた時点ではまだ商品の確保とはなりません。「注文を確定する」ボタンを押していただきご注文が確定した時点で商品確保となります。
About payment method
以下お支払方法が選択可能です。

- 商品発送後の配送状況につきましては、発送完了メール記載のお問い合わせ番号をご確認の上、EMSのサイトより直接ご確認をお願いいたします。

- If you are not present at the time of product delivery, we will post an absence notice in your mailbox.
Please contact us at the contact information listed in the absence notice and let us know the next pick-up date and time.
Please note that it will be returned after the first week.
Also, please note that we are unable to forward items that have already been shipped to another address.

About the arrival notification email
ご希望の商品が、発売開始前やSOLD OUTの場合に「入荷お知らせメール」機能をご利用いただくことで、商品が入荷した際にお知らせメールを受信いただけます。

ご希望の商品ページ内の「入荷お知らせメール」をクリックし、会員ログイン／新規会員登録ページに遷移します。
メンバーズのお客様は「ログイン」、会員登録がお済みでないお客様は会員登録の上、入荷お知らせの登録をお願いいたします。
入荷お知らせ登録を解除する場合は、マイページの「入荷案内申し込み商品リスト」から削除してください。

受信状況(ドメイン指定・迷惑フィルター)により正常配信できない場合がございます。当社のドメイン @narifuri.com を受信できるように設定してください。
メンバーズ登録でニュースレターを「受け取らない」設定にされている場合は配信されません。
この機能は予約、在庫確保、ご購入をお約束するものではございません。
商品によってはご希望の商品が再入荷しない、または発売開始後すぐに完売する場合がございます。
入荷予定は店舗の発売時期とは異なる場合がございます。また、予告なく入荷日が前後する場合がございます。
画像の商品はサンプルのためデザイン・カラー展開等は変更になる場合がございます。
About the warranty
When purchasing a product with a warranty attached, the delivery note will serve as proof of the seller and date of purchase.
Please keep the delivery note together with the warranty card.
領収書・納品書について

納品書兼領収書は、マイページ内の購入履歴詳細からご確認いただけます(パソコンのみ対応)。商品発送後に発行可能となります。
スマートフォンでご希望の場合は、お問い合わせよりご連絡ください。
会員登録せずご購入される場合は、ご注文時の「納品書兼領収書の同梱」を「必要」にしてください。

About alterations and repairs
We do not accept alterations or repairs at our online shop. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please consult with a nearby renovation shop. *If the product is defective, please contact us by email from the inquiry form within 10 days after the product arrives.
About Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

マイページよりご注文後60分間のみ、キャンセルが可能です。
以降の内容変更（商品の変更やカラー、サイズの変更等）やキャンセルは承っておりませんのでご了承ください。
ご注文の完了前に、内容のご確認をお願いいたします。
お客様に注文確認メールが着信した以降においても、お客様長期不在や受取拒否が度重なる場合、また弊社事情によっては決済方法の変更依頼、ご注文の取り消しをさせていただく場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
- ■ About returns and exchanges

サイズが違う、イメージと違う、注文を間違えた等のお客様都合の商品交換または返品は受けつけいたしかねます。ご了承ください。ただし、商品が不良品の場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が到着した場合、交換・返品の受けつけをさせていただきます。 この場合、お手数ですがお問い合わせフォームより商品到着後1週間以内にご連絡いただき、弊社の指定する方法により、弊社にご返送ください。良品の注文商品との交換もしくは返金いたします（返品到着後、交換商品がない場合は商品代金をご返金させていただきます）。また、当該商品の返送および再送に要する送料などは弊社にて負担いたします。
なお、以下の場合は返品・交換はお受けいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
1. お客様都合での返品（サイズが合わない、イメージと違う、注文を間違えた等）
2. 商品到着から8日以上経過した商品
3. 一度使用された商品
4. お客様のもとで汚れやキズが生じた商品
5. 下着などの衛生用品
6. タグを紛失してしまった場合

unisize（ユニサイズ）は簡単なアンケートにお答えいただくことで、お客様に最適なサイズを提案するツールです。
また、お客様がお持ちのアイテムや過去に購入したアイテムとの寸法比較も可能です。
アイテム詳細ページにunisizeのバナーが設置されているアイテムであればどれでもお客様に合うサイズをご提案します。

About cooling-off
"Cooling-off" is a system applied to door-to-door sales. Application of cooling-off is not obligatory for mail-order sales.
Please note that the cooling-off system does not apply to this online shop as it is a mail-order business that is accessed by customers.
Handling of customer information and accounts
If a customer wishes to inquire about, correct, or delete the personal information provided to us, we will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
In addition, if we find any behavior that interferes with the operation of this site by the customer, we may suspend the account without prior notice.
The same measures will be taken if an account with the same name (or virtually the same user) is confirmed in another account.
Other notes
The product images uploaded to the site are taken as close as possible to the actual color.
Even with the same color name, the color may differ depending on the product, so please check the color on the enlarged image before proceeding with the purchase. Also, please note that there may be slight errors due to monitor and browser settings.
