Members Terms of Use

Introduction

HIT UNION CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") for the narifuri online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by the Company. Please note that the person using the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User") agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Article 1 Definition of Member

A member is an individual (minors must have the consent of a person with parental authority) who has approved the Terms and Conditions, applied to Hit Union Co Ltd (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') for membership of narifuri members (hereinafter referred to as 'members') and completed the procedures prescribed by the Company.

Article 2 Issuance of members' accounts, etc.

1. The membership process is carried out via the website, and one member's account is issued online for each member.
2. The member's account is provided on the official narifuri website (https://www.narifuri.com/) and is intended for the sole use of the member and may not be transferred or lent to anyone other than the member (whether an individual or a company).
3. No admission fee or membership fee is required for the issue of a member's account.

Article 3 Use of member's services and benefits

1.Members may use the Member's Services at the shops and online stores designated by the Company (except for certain excluded shops, etc., hereinafter referred to as "shops"). The terms and conditions for the use of the online store shall be set out separately in the Online Store Terms and Conditions.
2. Members can receive various information services such as email distribution by registering as a member. The Member acknowledges that some emails are sent to all Members regardless of their choice, and that all communication costs for receiving emails, browsing the site, etc. are borne by the User.
3. The Member may not transfer or redeem the privilege or its rights to a third party.
4 The company reserves the right to change, amend or abolish all or part of the benefits without notice.
5. Details of the membership benefits shall be set out separately in the ”About members” section of the official narifuri website.

Article 4 Changes to registration details, loss of membership card, etc.

1. If there are any changes to the details registered when joining the members' service, the member shall promptly make the changes from the "Change member information" section of "My page" on the narifuri official website.
2. The company shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the loss of the member's account or password or unauthorised use by a third party.

Article 5 Management of email address (ID) and password

1. Members shall be responsible for the management of their email address (ID) and password, which they have set up themselves, and shall not transfer, lend or disclose them to third parties.
2. Members shall be responsible for any damage caused by insufficient management of their email address (ID) and password, errors in use or use by third parties.
3.The member shall immediately inform the company if it is found that their email address (ID) and password have been used illegally by a third party.

Article 6 Withdrawal procedure

1.Members may withdraw from the members' service at any time by submitting a withdrawal request to the Company. In the event that the member re-joins the service, the lost purchase history data and the right to receive privileges will not be restored.
2. Withdrawal from the members' service shall be carried out via 'My Account' on the brand name narifuri official website at the time of application for withdrawal.

Article 7 Loss of membership and privileges

If a member falls under any of the following items, the company shall suspend the use of the members' service or forfeit membership without notice. In addition, the member shall also lose accumulated points when any of the following events occur.
(1) If there is a false statement in any of the prescribed items (name, address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.) in the 'Customer Information' or if the Company's business is disrupted due to a lack of prescribed change procedures, etc.
(2) If the Member violates these Membership Terms.
(3) If the Company otherwise considers the Member inappropriate as a member.

Article 8 Prohibition of holding multiple membership cards

1. The same member cannot hold multiple membership cards.
2. It is not possible to consolidate multiple membership cards.

Article 9 Handling of personal information

The personal information of members obtained in connection with the use of the service shall be handled in accordance with the "Privacy Policy"  separately stipulated by the company.

Article 10 Changes to the Membership Agreement

The company reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions of the agreement at its discretion and without notice to members if any of the following apply. Any changes will be posted on the website or notified by email or other means deemed appropriate by the company, and the changes will come into effect at the time of posting or notification.

(1)  When changes to these Terms and Conditions are in the interests of the members.
(2) When changes to the Agreement are not contrary to the purpose for which the agreement was made and are reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the reasonableness of the content after the change, its content and other circumstances relating to the change.

If the Member uses the Member Services after the change has taken effect, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions after the change has taken effect.

Article 11 Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute between a Member and the Company in relation to this Membership Agreement, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.


This agreement applies to all members from 14 July 2023. The old Terms and Conditions that were established prior to the present Terms and Conditions shall expire with the application of the present Terms and Conditions.
